How much does the service cost?
The service has a monthly cost of $38.000 + IVA plus a commission every time you have a successful closing, which is 0,8% + IVA of the sale value or 1/4 + IVA of one month's rent as applicable
What happens with the commission in case of property exchange?
In case of not receiving the full commission, whether due to an exchange or if any party doesn't pay, you should contact your assigned Homepri executive to review it case by case.
How many properties will I receive each month?
The number of properties is not fixed as it depends on different variables, on one hand your performance and profile, and on the other hand the work area.
To how many agents is the same property sent?
Generally, owners select between 2 or 3 agents, who will receive the assignment.
What if I receive a property that I was already working with?
In this case, this property will not be considered for commission payment purposes
At what times do property alerts arrive?
Property submissions have no day or time limitation. You decide when to contact the owner, but the recommendation is to do it as soon as possible, as this increases your chances of reaching an agreement.
Do I have to accept all contacts I receive?
No, you choose which ones you want to work with. In your profile, you can also select the price ranges of the properties you are interested in.
Will I receive properties immediately after registering?

No, as after registration your data will be analyzed and validated.

Once your information is validated and your profile is approved, we will contact you to materialize your incorporation and activate your trial period.

What does the trial period mean?

One of the most important aspects of our service is the quality of agents that are part of Homepri, so everyone must go through a trial period before joining the service permanently.

To pass the trial period you must have good evaluations from owners and achieve successful closings
